Absolute poor service and non-performance

What absolute terrible service and business experience with the Johannesburg office folks in particular Alan and Gareth.

From early on in the contract for 1 copier we have had nothing but problems, promises, lies and stalling as a result of a poor contract that they as the experts sold us. This resulted in them so called running at a lose on the contract which they are now trying to hold us accountable for.

Whilst we have constantly been in communication where we raised our concern in view of the escalating so called areas being created because of their poor contract calculations (by their own submission) they now are trying to make ******* contractual changes and build in their loss in a so called new improved deal which they want us just to agree to.

In the meantime we get held to ransom as a result of toners not being released for us to be able to operate the copier, and once again promises of resolution to no avail. We talking easy 2 years plus that this goes on. They also have one side terms with no balance of fairness to the client but threats of costs that will be incurred should you cancel.

Do not go near this company, you will live a daily, weekly, monthly, annual nightmare whilst you wait in keen anticipation for the contract to run its course so that you can be rid of ********* representatives within this business.
