Terrible service

From day one, it has been nothing but empty promises. You have to beg the manager of the Richards bay branch for any assistance which we are still waiting for after a year. We are being charged for services which we never received. Once you sign the contract they disappear The manager is honestly the worst person to deal with, no Customer care at all!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!
