D AND D NETWORKS- WORST EVER

Absolutely the worst ISP you can ever work with.

Price increase without any notices. No communication whatsoever. Worst customer service ever. No statement or invoices ever gets received. Wifi access just gets cut off.

I gave notice to cancel 26days ago! “They require 30days” today they cut off the internet. Which i paid for a month in advance. And told me i have outstanding account of R430. Which i paid to have internet access again. Tried to reconnect! Then they told me they cant because the line is cancelled? On 26days? After their Policy states 30days calender notice! And obviosly the people working in customer service cant give you any explanation.

This is just one of many issues and reasons why im cancelling and moving to Wirulink!

So anyone who thinks about joining them. Please rethink! And dont do it.
