Do NOT Buy From These People
I wish I'd done a proper review search before buying from these people. They are super friendly and kind while you're ordering, but the minute you've paid, they want nothing to do with you. I ordered two pairs of boots after sending them my exact foot measurements. They promised me the shoes were the right size for me. They are TINY, and they don't have a bigger size than what I ordered. I sent them messages, which they ignored for three days until I threatened to write a bad review. When they responded, I asked them to take the boots back, which they initially said they won't do because their shoes are custom. I pointed out that I bought shoes off the floor, NOT custom, and they then tried to get me to exchange the shoes. When I said I didn't want to buy the shoes they were trying to push on me, they ignored me again and have still not responded. I am now selling the shoes in my area. I hope this review saves someone from wasting their money.

Ek het 'n paar boots gekoop, en die eienaar was vreeslik hulpvaardig tot dat die boots by my aangekom het en glad nie gepas het nie. Ek het gevra of ek dit kan terug stuur ek wag nou nog dat sy antwoord.
