Unfair payment of my Claim
Very unfair experience with my claim. I ensured my bike for R40k. When I claimed I was told that I'm under insured at 65% since a new one would be R60k. So only a lousy 65% of the value was paid. Didnt have the energy to challenge and take the matter to court..Very ********* and opportunistic of them. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

07 Nov 2022, 14:52Insurance Companies and Brokers continuously request their clients to insure their property for its correct replacement value to avoid being penalised at claim time if they are under insured.
Despite these warnings there are still clients that do not adhere to these warnings and when an Insurance Company reduce the pay out of the claim clients put the blame on the Insurance Companies.
