Do NOT use Cyclesure
Wish I can give a 0 star. Travelled from Cape Town to Nice, France for Ironman Nice. Broken bike arrived on Wednesday, no answer, no correspondant till the NEXT Monday after the Ironman. Bought a new bike because the Bicycle Shop said there is no Frames available and gave the report for Cyclesure. They did not give a damn about anything. They got a quote from a Joburg Company (while I am based in Cape Town) and not willing to accept any alternatives. They only paying out R30 000 for a R135 000 bike. Useless correspondent to Anike Jooste and Lindi. They do not offer any support while traveling and not in South Africa. Once back, they will still make your life terrible.

Dissapointed!!!!
Livid.....Dissapointed!!!! I pay my premiums without any hassle. I had a peace of mind, knowing that my bike was insured with Cyclesure (Hollard), even though many people were giving me bad review about it. Last week, unfortunately, my bike was hit by a pothole, i took it to the repairer who told me that the wheel is beyond repair. I send the report to the Insurance who then told me to take the bike from that repairer to another repairer to get a quote. The repairer then gave a quote on Monday. Since then i have to be the one who calls them, otherwise no one comes back to me.The repairer also calls them. They don’t make any effort to resolve this as swiftly as possible.On the 5th day,im told that my bike was underinsured and they can only settle the quarter of of the replacement of the wheel.They don’t raise these fine lines when they welcome you, only when an incident happended.I have a friend who is collecting a new bike next week, she said she wants to see how quickly will Cyclesure settle this without any hussle and she will also join.All i know is that i am disappointed with your ethics Imagine if this was a total loss of a bike, instead of a wheel.That time i have a race on Sunday.
