Wrong sunglasses - Cycle Lab

We ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 28th of NOV 2022. Which till today we have received the wrong pair of Sunglasses TWICE! and then we request a refund, which we have not received the full refund. We are corresponding weekly with a person called Engala the online sales lady. We are so disappointed with this so called professional organisation and so glad we have other options in the future.
