Worst online service ever

<p>I purchased a pair of cycling shoes online from the megastore in JHB and when the shoes arrived it was the incorrect size, given that i used their recommendation as to which size i should buy because it was in EURO. They advised me that size 41 will be size 8 in UK. I then wanted to return the shoes but was told very rudely that its not their fault that it doesnt fit and that i need to return it on my own costs. Before purchasing i was also told that if anything is wrong with the shoe I can then return it to the CPT branch, but then when i tried this they gave me a long story why this cant be done. Doubt i will use this site for purchases ever again.</p>
