Worst customer service ever

<p>I bought a brand new bike from them which they fitted and serviced for me. I took the bike for a ride and the wheel came off. Broke my colorbone. When I approached them afterwards ( I blame them for not tightening the wheel properly) they said that they will look into it. Some insurer contacted me to hear my side of the story. It has been 4 months and not so much as " are you ok?" from cycle lab. Stay away from them.... Too many cycle stores to support the ones that treat customers like *******. </p>
