Workshop work Quality HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT

Dear Cycle Lab,
I am writing this letter to tell you how utterly disappointed I am with your service.
I purchased a KTM Scarb ********** there 30 March 2017. Great bike, but after less than 3 weeks there was a knocking sound on the back shock bushes. So I took it in (22 April 2017), the sales department assured me it was all fixed when I collected it and was told that the bushes were just loose and was tightened. I didn’t ride for 3 weeks due to an injurie)
When I started riding again after only 2 rides the knock came back so I took it back 29 May and collected it 1 June just before the Magallies Monster. To my disappointment my wheels were loose and probable 10 km into the race that knock came back.
I was absolutely furious when I saw that all the bolts by my rear shock were STRIPPED. Look I know I am not a pro rider and this bike although you might see as a cheap bike it is not a cheap bike to me.
Your actual service is just plain poor if you cannot fix a stupid problem like this the first time round. I done even want to know what your workshop does as when I collected my bike the last time it was flagged as collected already as well. Your Workshop and after service as absolutely DISGUSTING.
Get your act together. Because now i don't even want to take my bike back even if you guys should be fixing it for free i should be charging for my time and petrol because your service is a waste of time!

Although I wont take my bike back to their workshop the way they handled the issue was very professional.
