Time wasted...

I order a bike online, after it took cycle lab and aramex 9 days to still not deliver my bike, because i live in a unsafe area (not true). I decided to ask for a refund wich cycle lab says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. It looks like now i am going to wait a nother 9 days to get my money back. This is not good service at al.... The sales manger was Stephan Lamprecht.
