Sub standard service delivery from cycle lab boksburg

So my little story with cycle lab online shop is not really a happy or a pleasant experience. 23Sept i placed an online order with reference 130883 Order paid for, delivered a day late however. During this period there were some specials and in specific socks that i was looking for. The specials states a pair at 99.99, 2 pairs at 79.99 etc,

So for a 40 rand saving i select 2 pairs. Yes this was delivered but the discount for 2 pairs is not app**** to the online order and nowhere on the site could i find where it would state that offer is exclusive to instore purchases.

So i log a call with cycle lab for this and absolute zero response.

I then log another complaint stating the first was ignored and i would like a response on the 2nd...

And to no surprise this one is also ignored. so it's been 2 months since the initial and not that 40 rand is gonna kill a person it's the principal behind this and the fact that cycle lab does not bother to resolve such queries.

Now if you do respond on this i would like to know.

1. Why was the 1st query ignored by boksburg cycle lab. 2. Why was the 2nd qeury/complaint also ignored.

Then i would love for you to explain to me if you think that is treating customers fairly ?

Since this little issue of mine with the little old 40 rand... imagine the money you guys are making and sales it generates by lying to the general public that utilizes online platforms for purchases.
