Shocking service

I will never support this company again. I placed a online order received my order confirmation and proceeded with the payment. After 2 dat no response from the company. I then had to phone them asking feedback on my order the excuse was that the money only cleard the Tuesday witch i dont believe because its from FNB to FNB but i accepted the excuse and waited my 3day delivery time. The whole week went by and no delivery. So i had to phone again asking about my order for delivery , the next excuse was that they had a problem with my product and the parcel will be dispatched the Monday. I phoned them again asking for a tracking number and guess what.... the parcel is still with them. Not once did anyone phone me to explain the situation or problem. Its now Wednesday and i still have not recieved my parcel after they told me when i phoned them for the 4th time that they will send the parcel via overnight delivery. And guess what. Still no parcel. Now the excuse is that the courier is late and will be delivered on Friday. This was the most irritating online order ever. They are unprofessional and do not communicate with the customer. I will never recommend or support Cycle Lab ever again.
