You deserve an increase or promotion, you were just incredible from start to finish to be able to arrange the best bike for my dada, from ordering the additional seat dropper the same day to keeping us personally updated as to when we could collect the bike. Thank you for going above and beyond your service and passion is a breath of fresh air.
