R999 item ordered R11999 item delivered, still waiting for my order

I placed an order online a week ago for a Bike rack @R999-00 on the 25th of November 2021.

On Tuesday 30th the courier delivered, which seemed a bit smaller than I expected, I peeked inside and saw a receipt for items valued at R12000! Fisrt thought I'd won something until I saw that it was addressed to another client. I immediately contacted Cycle Lab via their Email they sent me previously (which they never reply to) and then contacted them via their Live Chat on their website which got a prompt response.

They called to explain the mix up and arrange for collection of the package and delivery of my correct item, the incorrect item was collected the same day and I was assured my order would be delivered the next day latest.

2 days later I don't have a tracking number or my order, the urgency is now over since they got their stuff back and sent straight to the client it was supposed to have gone to in the first place, where the courier has already tried to deliver the item and I'm still sitting empty handed with no paperwork, tracking numbers or a bike rack to use so that I can ride my bike this weekend.

My cycling buddies warned me not to buy from you guys and I thought they had an isolated incident and it would be fine.
