Prompt response to incomplete delivery.

I ordered a mountain bike online. It arrived without pedals in the packaging. I complained on their web site last night. I got phoned by the KZN head office, and today, during business hours, the pedals were delivered by their Lynnwood branch to my place of work. Thanks guys!
