Poor Service

I used the online chat and contacted Stefan at the Pretoria store to see if they had stock of a bike for my son. A Muna Mini Balance bike. Stock was confirmed, and only when I get to the store an hour later am I informed that it was some error and there is actually no stock available in store. I drove 100kms for nothing. Terrible service. Not what I have come to expect from Cycle Lab.
