Poor Customer service

I live ****m from Johannesburg and when I requested my wife to purchase racing tyres for my bike, the salesman sold her R1800 of the wrong size tyres!<br> There was no hint of making a plan to rectify the problem when I called the shop that day.<br> <br> There was no check done as the tyres were marked with the incorrect price tag. Obviously where the error came in.<br> <br> I returned there yesterday to exchange them and was met with very little and bad service. It was close to closing time and all the staff were more interested in getting ready to go home than assist me. They would not even make eye contact and I had to actively look for someone that would be able to assist (for 2 minutes and then disappeared). I was also told they didn't have the size I wanted and had to ask him to look in the back... 10 minutes later he came with the correct tyres...?! <br> <br> The sad part is when I was paying, they asked who helped me (obviously for commission of sales). From what I experienced this is not deserved... not too sure I would return to this shop.<br> <br> Sincerely Wayne
