Pathetic Service
I placed an order on 7/12 of which it was only couried to me on the 14/12 using downing courier service order no 204205. According to the tracker on the courier company this was supposed to have been delivered on the 17/12. Still nothing. It was my first time using cycle lab service and I think it's my last. Bad Services no communication and I have to follow up on my order. Can this be delivered tomorrow or the order be returned as I will not be home from 22/12 to 10/01 I was hoping to using the bicycle while I m on vacation.

My sincere apologies, we have had a few challenges in the last week and these are most certainly not our normal time lines. Regards Andrew Mclean
