Pathetic attitude of Management
We bought a Bicycle for a lot of money and booked a weekend away.THe service we got from Ben was amazing and he advised us to pay by EFT/creditcard,which we did and took Proof of Payment and went to fetch Bicycle.<br> They refused to allow us to take delivery of Bicycle as funds not reflected in their account even when all forms of confirmation of payment was in their possesion.<br> We even offered to pay for the Bike on Creditcard which could be reversed next week.<br> Which was denied as a option as they were more worried about bank charges.<br> The management was shown Proof of Payment and spoke to bank confirming this but the Manager sitting at his coffee table acting inconsiderate and disrespectfull and non interested,said bad luck he cant help or be worried and walked away like he didnt care about us as customers after apending a lot of money on a new bike !!I will never ever set my foot in that place again ever!!you lost me after your first sale to me !!never again!!the Management is Pathetic to say the least!!

Hi! I can understand that you are frustrated, this is always a really difficult situation, the company policy and procedures are really strict on this as we have lost money in the past in similar situations.
The staff did call your bank and our Head office finance department to try see if they could make a plan or if the funds had cleared yet.
It is a difficult situation for you the customer as well as the store staff and management because it always looks like we don't trust the customer when we have to apply the policies and procedures.
We are more than happy to see what we can do to make it up to you,
apologies for this experience, deliver your bike to you, we are happy to give you some free bike park vouchers for the PWC bike park and include a free bike skills session.

Mangement will give you a call in the morning to apologise and discuss it with you.
