No help from Cycle Lab
During Lockdown I ordered a component that I am very fami**** with. The item that was delivered I believe was a grade lower (and consequently cheaper) than the one delivered. For more than 3 weeks I have been waiting for a response but have had nothing except an excuse that my mail had gone to a span mail box! Sadly, this is not the level of service that I expect.
