Boom an invoice, delivery receipt was created. All I am waiting for now is my bike to be moved to Durban my home city. I get a call today a week later that the bike is not available yet on the invoice there is a chassis number of a bike in my size selected. I ask for clarity on the WhattsApp group created I get offered a bike with no similar specs as the one I wanted, no explanation what so ever, I do not know the price of this bike. Its like I am expected to change my choice for whatever reason not communicated to me. I am disappointed in the manner that this was handled. I have since learned that I am not bound to purchase through your company as there is Bike Addict who can send me my bike of choice to Durban, even Solomons offered to help me find a bike.
