No Communication, Very Slow Turn-around Time

Good afternoon,

I placed an order on the 22nd of December, 2018 (22/12/18) - no less than 11 days ago.

To date I am waiting for any kind of indication that they have received the payment and are moving towards the shipping progress. I have made use of the built-in communication tool on the order's page itself, to which no-one rep****.

I understand that this has been a busy time of year, but there is also no information available regarding special hours or trading days this holiday season, so I am left guessing.

Please advise at your earliest convenience! If the delivery (the fee for which I have already paid) does not/cannot happen relatively soon I'd like to request a refund.
