No bike received for an online purchase.

We bought a bike online for my daughter's birthday. There was no communications on the sale. No order, no receipt, nothing. Only after a week did we call to find out what is going on with the order. We got an email to say that the bike was sold to someone else. They then offered another bike which we requested picture for but go no answer on the mail. After anther few days we had to call again to complain only to be told that that bike is also not available. It's now my daughter's birthday and she did not get a present thanks to this useless company. I seriously doubt that I'm going to even get my money back from them.
