Incorrect stock received and very poor after sales assistance.

Received the wrong stock from them. Mailed them and got a quick response telling me to send pictures of the incorrect stock. Rep**** and that was the last i heard from them. Mailed another two times to find out what was going on without any response. Four weeks later I mailed again and the response was that judging from my email the couriers didn't collect.. Really.. 4 weeks later they realised this. Well still sitting with the incorrect products, so hopefully this review helps.
