I regret ever giving business to Cycle Lab Fourways

Cycle Lab Fourways have very questionable business practices. When I first bought my bicycle from them 2 years ago I received poor service. I requested a trade in today to upgrade to another bicycle. The bike I’m trading in is in excellent condition with no scratches. I submitted all the pictures requested and they refused to accept the trade in. It’s the same bicycle I bought from them. I regret ever dealing with this company.
