Purchased products online and was delivered within estimated lead time. Cycle Lab Fourways managed the packaging and shipping. Upon querying Fourways about the shipping status of my parcel I was answered with an immediate and helpful response. Parcel still to be unboxed but expecting it to be in good order. Great online service from Cycle Lab!

Hi Andrew, noticed a missing part upon assembly of my order. Contacted your Fourways branch and was phoned back within 30mins and was told to come past and collect the part required. Upon arrival I spoke to you personnaly and you promtly responded with your assistance. I had spent less than half an hour at the branch without any hassles and was assisted instantly. Thank you Andrew and Team for your professional support!
