GOOD SERVICE FROM STAFF AT CYCLE LAB

Hi There. I am a regular shopper at Cycle Lab Fourways and over a number of years, I have had nothing but exceptional service from many of there staff members. From inititally buying both a mountain and road bike from Siphiwe , (who understoof my brief and needs) , to the set-up of these bikes and the subsequent service related queries, I have always been so impressed. I have also been very happy with Patricia who has helped me with numerous retail purchases. Recently, I was looking for a "wind jacket" which the store only had in too big a size. Patricia went on the system, saw that there was one in Durban, arranged that it be freighted up and called me this Monday to see if I still wanted it. I purchased it on the same day. I did call the Branch and speak to Jaco and tell him how impressed I was with Patricia's customer focussed efforts. Thiswas yet again a wonderful customer service experience - I wish to record on a public forum that I have always been very satisfied with the service which I have received from CycleLab . In addition to this, I always appreciate it when Andrew is at the store that he greets and acknowledges his customers.
