Going the extra mile from Cycle Lab

I would like to review the service I received while shopping for a bike from Cycle Lab. I used the online platform initially which was brilliant and their walk in store once I had an idea on what I needed. Their Live chat agents on their website are amazing , informative and patient since I asked them a lot of questions. Their Chat center is opened until 11:30 pm which makes it convenient for night owls like myself . Their onsite staff at their stores where equally well experienced , Darryl from Cornubia assisted me , setting me and explaining to me about the bike , safety , gears and even taking care of the bike as well. I walked away more informed and eager to get riding . Thank you to the Cycle Lab team great job all round.
