going the extra mile and very helpful

I order a bicycle through cycle lab online store. they didn't have the stock right away and told me that the item needed to be ordered. After I told them I need a bicycle very quick to start practice for enter a competition, the manager offers me another bicycle with same features, and they delivered very soon afterwards. The item was unfortunately the wrong size and after the cycle lab manager, Matt, offer to collect the bicycle from where I stay, I offer to return the item a few days later. When I arrived at the megastore in fourways, a very nice salesman, Andrew, offer me a courtesy breakfast even when I was early for the replacement of my bicycle. Later on the website sales person arrives and help me to replace the bicycle. I am very happy with the client service of the cycle lab staff, they are very friendly and helpful and I will recommend anyone who needs any bicycles, spares, & products & clothing etc to go there and buy from them. There prices are very reasonable, and the products of good quality. Thanks guys.
