False Advertising - No Stock

After visiting the Fourways branch for a Continental UltraSport Foldable Tyre 25c on Friday 27th April 2018, and checking online that there is stock I was advised that only the rigid version is in stock. The staff then advised me to order the item online and collecting it later.

After placing the order online, I contacted the online store to confirm on stock and I spoke Jaco which advised me that they have trouble finding stock and confirming numerous times that I need the folding version of the tire and acknowledged it. Arriving at the store today, 5th May 2018 they now advise me that they don't have the folding tire in stock.

How can CycleLab advertise stock online and only when ordering online they then dont keep the stock. Surely the Consumer Protection Act does not allow one to continuously advertise, but never ever have any intention of ever getting these items. These "specials" are used to attract customers to their STORES.
