False advertising and baiting.
False advertising and baiting. I received an email with a video to say I have money to spend in a winter wallet. I watch the video but there's nothing in there. They are trying to launch a social/commercial initiative but seriously baiting customers is the wrong way to do this. I wanted to buy a few parts hence was curious to see what the balance was. Utterly disgusting behaviour.

28 Jul 2020, 08:05Hi Andrew. It behoves me to mention that CW/Cyclelab are not heading in the right direction from my perspective. I travelled 40ks to CW as your company claims largest selection under one roof. 2-3 brands of MTB shorts and absolutely no sizes. How frustrating. I now need upgrade kit, not sure about CW/CL stock...

Hi Andrew. It behoves me to mention that CW/Cyclelab are not heading in the right direction from my perspective. I travelled 40ks to CW as your company claims largest selection under one roof. 2-3 brands of MTB shorts and absolutely no sizes. How frustrating.
