Don't order online
My online order was late despite me asking for them to stay within their 3-5 day shipping policy. They got multiple items in my order wrong and I asked them to resolve the issue, after which I heard nothing. Their stock is decent so just go there in person but their whole online system is *******, I can't even get my order number that I have to reference without delving through my emails.

As hard as we try the one area we don't control is the courier delivery process, and timing most times they are are on time however sometimes they do let us and our customers down.
