Delayed Order and Website Issues

I placed an order online and expected a reasonable delivery timeframe. However, it took a staggering 2 days for the order to even be received. I had to proactively reach out to Cyclelab to request an update, only to then find out that my order had only been acknowledged. This delay and lack of proactive communication are highly concerning, especially from a company of your stature.

Furthermore, the issues extend beyond this. Your website's functionality is also a significant concern. The website does not accurately display the status of orders, and the Track Order link at the top does nothing.

As of now, I am still waiting for the delivery of my order and have not received any concrete update on its whereabouts, further adding to my dissatisfaction with the entire experience.
