Cyclelab from hero to zero in 5 months

From a 10 out of 10 from my first service in july to a -10 with 2 rebuilds on my 5th visit will never do buisness with cyclelab again booked 2rebuilds on 16th with booking took much longer with strippings as i was told with booking as i traveled 400km to lynwood store your advertizing of service details also state the opposite as i enquire about my options of rebuild or pro service as i also needed new cabling as indicated on service advertisment it include cable replacement but was told it does not include replacing as stated on your major service it says inspect cables on 19th returned frames for asembling again at 9 got the bicycles at 5 and not happy at all were told there is a problem with one bicycles headset and 5 of your mechanics were busy hamering to get it to fit and work again i hope for your companys sake my child does not have a accident due to something caused by this second bicycle not even running properly as rear brakes holding the wheel dont tell me it is caused by the brakes i know it is but it was supposed to be set correctly it was not for free so as a customer you expect to recieve a 100% working bicycle but ya you lost a client today
