CYCLE LAB..No delivery, no response and now NO sto

I ordered a Merida big seven team replica on the 25th of January online and did the EFT right away. I received a email confirmation that my order had been received on the 27January stating that the order had been placed on the 25th it also stated delivery would occur in 3 to 5 working days.<br> When it wasnt delivered on the 30th I emailed to enquire the reason for delivery not occurring after multiple emails to the orders department and even to the complaints department I have still received no reply. On calling them today they told me that TODAY when they went to check the for the bike they couldnt find one even though their system shows they have stock and stated that they would let me know when they find one! I still dont have the bike I have paid for and havent received a single reply to my emails... so Im not holding my breath.
