Cycle Lab Lynnwood - Typical Retail Service

Poor management and poor customer service like most bike shops! Purchased a new bike at Cycle Lab Lynnwood and was so dissatisfied with the service I received that I contemplated returning it to spend my money at another bike shop. Got treated like I don't know anything even though I do hardcore mountain biking every weekend and the employees who "helped" me are roadies... Some employees there get treated worse though and that is unacceptable. The disrespectful and disgusting attitudes that I witnessed (right in front of me, a paying customer), towards employees on multiple occassions from so-called 'managers' made my blood boil. It was made obvious that the only thing cared about, is the money you spend or make for them.
