CYCLE LAB FOURWAYS DISASTER --------
Every time we take our bike to Cycle Lab Fourways to have something fixed it goes wrong. Spent R3500 yesterday to fix back tyre. They seem to always be rushed and do stuff in a hurry. Well guess what ...... Today when we were about to go for a cycle eary this morning - the tyre was leaking and unable to be ridden on. So tired of Cycle Lab not doing their repairs properly.

Hi! Apologies for this inconvenience. This is actually very common problem when you have Tubeless convertion done and the wheels are not immediately ridden.
So much so that we have created a Pre printed flyer with all the Do's and Dont's so this does not happen.
Our workshops failed to inform you or attach the Tubeless Conversion flyer, my apologies.
Our workshop manager Dean will be contact to apologise and see how we can rectify the situation.

I apologised, as I assumed when Dean initially called you to apologise that he explained the Do's and Dont's.
Then said I will get him to call you now - this is so he can explain the Do's and Dont's.
