Cycle Lab Fourways Bad Service

I bought a tyre on the 25th February at Cycle Lab Fourways. I was told the tyre will be delivered the next Thursday. The day came and went and no one bothered to update me. I went to the store on the 13th March to follow up on the my order and Sebastian Charlotteaux the person I bought the tyre from told me he would give me a call the next day to come pick up the tyre. Today is the 18th March and Sebastian only responded to my message after I had called the store and asked them to transfer me to his number. The excuse he's given me is that there was a mistake made with regards to the size of the tyres they were expecting to be delivered and that I will nolonger be getting what I paid for. So it took them 21 days to figure out that there was no stock and this is after I had made numerous follow ups with them.
