Cycle Lab first impression not good
I am not very happy with Cycle lab. Purchased 2 bike via their website on the 15th of May 2020. Their website showed stock so I made a payment with the promise that they are shipping bikes. I then started enquiring on the 18th if they are going to still ship my bikes as I received a e-mail stating that they will only shipping order 10 days after lockdown was lifted. They directed me to Chris Wiliemse Cycles in Cape Town where apparently their stock was kept. I stay in Gauteng. Andre from CWC in Cape Town was very helpfull and told me that no store has stock of the bikes that i have already paid for. I then requested a refund and they responded that they will fully refund me and this will take between 2 AND 14 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE BANK I AM WITH. I AM WITH FNB. As a first bike buyer Cycle Lab will never ever take even R1 from me ever again

Hi! Engela from our on line store is trying to get hold of you to apologise in person, the standard time frame our staff quote is 2 to 14 days, it normally reflects much sooner. Engela mentioned that your money will reflect by Friday. Again I apologise for the inconvenience.
