Cycle Lab Bike Park / Morecorp. Be very very very careful.

We visited the bike park in Bryanston yesterday and were offered a membership. We said we would think about it during our ride. At the end of our ride we wanted to take up the Multipark 10 offer for R299 per month as he quoted us.

Sounds good? Not really. The next thing we know a different charge is loaded on our credit card without a single explanation of what it's for. As far as we know it should have been R299 per person. Only when queried did they explain the sign-up fee, pro-rata fees, first month fee etc. So much for R299 per month.

We tried to cancel the sign-up on the spot but the payment couldn't be reversed. We have no idea if the application is cancelled either.

Terrible and ********* approach to doing business or is that just how you hook customers into contracts that they can never get out of again?
