Cycle Lab Bad Customer Service

I am not happy with these guys specially the Boksburg branch.As a first time MTB rider and buyer all is well got to the store and a guy assisted me great yes, got a Merida One Twenty 400 and paperwork started, a few days later they told me it is ready for collection, got there and another guy had to do my setup and deliver me the MTB as my sales guy was not there. So the setup was done and off I went only to bring back the bike a day later, the steering was not tightened 100% correctly, the gears don’t work properly and still don’t, the bottle cage fitted is not even the correct one according to Merida recommendations and no bottle fits into it but got invoiced for it.The shock system got pumped air and never explained how it works etc, Cycle Lab is a great place just not Boksburg or it’s staff.Please guys assist me with my bike, the setup was so **** and the faulty gears caused me a lot of issues the weekend at the USN Cup due to not having a 2nd and 3rd gear I fell a lot and bike got damaged a lot. 2 weeks after buying a brand new bike and kit worth R40k and this is the issue already just imagine 6 months.
