Cycle Lab and CWC can not keep promises!!

On the 5th December 2018 me and my girlfriend bought a brand new bike for her and I bought shoes and cleats and odds for me. They had a promotion that if you spend between R1000 and R2500 you get from a minor service to 15% off and if you spend R5000+ you get major service, minor or advanced bike setup etc. It was called Festive Gifts 2018. Check website https://goo.gl/sHqct9 . There are no terms and conditions on the webpage and I got the sms in the beginning of December 2018. We were promised at the till at CWC that all will be well and we will receive a sms on the 25th December 2018 to claim these rewards. We never received these sms'es. When we query this, we are now told that to qualify for this we needed to buy on the 7th December 2018! COME ON CYCLE LAB and CWC!!! We would have waited before we bought then! Any sane person would have! It was two days! Don't make promises you can not keep. In total we spent close to R30000. Disgusting. Utterly DISGUSTING!!!!!
