Crazy bad service and bad ethics

I am very disappointed with the service I received from them. I ordered an item from them and paid R200 for delivery of which they said 2-3 working days. I was suppose to take delivery yesterday but that never happened. When I called them about the matter they told me that their system was busy with an IT upgrade and as a result i will now need to wait another 3 days and o there is now also a public holiday midweek soo I must add another day. How does anyone take pride in working like this??
