Complete lack of service

Popped into the N1 City with my daughter to buy her upgrade as she had outgrown her mountain bike. Found one she liked and there were no salespersons around, the one we did find was too busy on his cellphone, so we left the store empty handed, because if salespersons are this pathetic your after sales service probably doesn’t exist. As a side note walked across to the pro shop and immediately got asked if we needed assistance.
