Bike Service what service!

<p>My Merida was in last week at Boksburg for Front and rear mech check and possible cable and housing replacement which was needed in both instances. <br />I was told everything was fine when I left. <br />Cycled today my Gears are not set correctly the chain kept jumping on the cassette and it had a weird sound. I cycled back home as softly as I could but the chain snapped broke 2 links smacked my frame hard.</p> <p>Why was I told my bike was fine and correct when I left Boksburg CycleLab when this happened.</p> <p>Is there not supposed to be a Bike Health check done before repairs and customer contacted?!</p> <p>I have wasted fuel wasted money for repairs now a broken chain a clicking sound coming from my bottom bracket and gears that shift onto the wrong chainrings and a chain that touches the front derailleur.</p> <p>How is this fixing?</p> <p>How the hell must I pay for all these issues now?</p>
