i received an email offer on 25/6/20 from cycle lab with an special offer of a marvel cycle plus a number of accessories included i called cycle lab at 09h25 today and spoke with sabastian who kindly volunteered to get a sales person to call me about the special and delivery arrangements i received a missed call at 12h10 no message was left on my voicemail i tried the number and it was not the 4Ways shop and the answeree did not know what i was talking about i called 4Ways at 14h13 and held on for 9mins - oh love the jingle you are 1st in the Que - what a joke i called again 14h46 and got cut off i called again 14h47 and held on for 6mns i called again at 14h54 and got cut off i called again at 14h55 and and held on for 3mins i would have thought in difficult economic circumstances the team would be eager to assist and close a sale again cycle lab has endorsed my first experience with them of unabashed arrogance
