Almost a calendar month for 1x bike rim
I booked a bike rim in on the 26th of June. Lots of back and forth. Bottom line, I am STILL waiting for my new rim "to arrive from Cape Town" since the 9th of July. My 4 year old has just learned to ride a proper bike and keeps asking me to ride with him. I can't because I have a 1 wheeled bicycle.
How is it possible for something to take this long to resolve? I actually don't care about WHY anymore, I just want to ride my bike again, and going on almost a calendar MONTH now, it's time to get the repair to a close. I'm tired of hearing Grahams stories about waiting for the courier, and not offering to call them and get back to me.
