1 or a 5, Neither, a perfect 4.

If I had to give two ratings, they would be a 1 and a 5, however I will just agregate it up to 4.

A bit of frustation looking to a solution to getting a bike down from 4-ways to Cape Town, and it took longer than anticipated, however once it got down, the service levels were very high and they are going the extra mile for me. an extra 50 to be closer to the truth.

I see no need to look anywere else for anything bike retated again.
