Professionalism is key. Sold our property in Northcliff through Cycad Estates. Excellent video and advertising was key and received continuous feed back. Before and after service was continually provided. Property was sold within 2 months. (that say's alot) Cycad not only sold our house but rented our townhouse out. Proper screening was provided of would be tenants.
